Coach Fulford is a 2002 graduate of Opelika High School, where he was a multi-sport athlete for the Bulldogs, with football being his favored sport. Coach Fulford is in his third season as an Assistant Coach with the Reeltown Rebels Varsity football team.

Coach Fulford has spent over 20 years working in multiple areas of the healthcare field. He is currently in Rehab Sales with Hometown Healthcare, specializing in custom mobility products for patients in need around the state of Alabama. Coach Fulford is married to Heather (Musick) Fulford, who is a 2002 graduate of Reeltown High School and a former cheerleader for the Rebels. She was fortunate enough to be a part of the 2001 State Championship Season for Reeltown.

They have 3 children; Ansleigh (12), who is starting her 1st Year as a Reeltown Jr. Varsity cheerleader and also her 1st year as a part of the Reeltown Jr. High girls basketball team, Brolen (13), who is entering his 2nd season with the Reeltown junior varsity football team, and Jake (17) who is entering his senior season for the varsity Rebels.
